Why the name Kimchi Kawaii? I'm a Korean who loves Japanese 'kawaii' style art.

Kimchi Kawaii was started 2 years ago as a creative outlet for me to do the art I love. Initially, it was purely kawaii designs, but has since been branching out into other styles. Currently, I have three shops - Cafe Press and Zazzle for my kawaii designs printed on various items and Art Fire for my hand crafted things. All can be found through my homepage.

Frosted Fleur de Lis was created in 2012 to cover a majority of my hand crafted items. For now, it will mostly be focused on sweets and lolita themes. Feel free to follow that account if you would like to see more :iconfrostedfleurdelis:

** I'm sorry if I can't personally thank everyone who adds my art to their favorites! It's kind of hard to keep up when you work a full time job to pay the bills, but I'm totally grateful to everyone who stops by. So this is my big thank you ahead of time :)

Well, no one entered my contest so I guess that's that. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to get any contests going that I try to run on here, even when I give like a 2 month leeway. As I can't get too much interest in them, I'm not really sure if I will be running any in the future.

Anyway, one more day and then heading out to Fanime! Really excited about that. Been working super hard for pretty much since Christmas break, but super SUPER hard the this last month. Sent one load down to my sister's two weeks ago and taking another load down with me tomorrow. I really hope I do well there and sell a lot. There are some things I would really like to do with the money. My wish list has tiers - if I reach this level, I'll do A, if I read the next level, I'll do A and B - you get the idea. Of course, a lot of it will probably end up going to restock expenses cause I'm also doing Anime Expo at the end of June, but I would like to take a little out for some fun money just as a reward. We'll see.

If you are going to Fanime, hope you drop by! I'll be at table 37 in the first aisle on the right of the Artist Alley. I've got so much stuff!

Nope, there is no upfront cost to you on Zazzle. You just set your mark-up on the base price of the item and then when it sells, Zazzle stores it as a credit that you can use within Zazzle or once you reach the minimum amount ($25 I think), writes you a check for your profit. Let me know if you have any other questions or need help with your Zazzle shop =D
